Hannah came to play again and her mom Jamie made us all country fried steak, mashed potatos, green bean bundles, and mac n cheese it was so good. While we were eating and you can notice my dad doing the dishes I guess it became my moms job to entertain the kids. She would just DIE if she knew this was on the internet but I knew a few of you would get a good laugh.

Emma doesn't like her birthday hat

I have been crafting away trying to make things for Emmas first birthday. When she woke up from her nap I decided it might be a good time to put on her tutu and birthday hat ( am in the process of making 18 different pink hats for her party all with fur around the bottom) and she HATES it!! I could not get a picture with her hat. She is constantly pulling her bows off and chewing on them I do not know what I am going to do!! She has to have her bows!! Oh and check out the picture of her oh so jealous brother while I was taking her picture he went and got his hat (I made out of blue toile) and her blue tutu from halloween to have his picture made.

Pay It Forward Exchange!

I know all you crafty ladies out there will love this! I can not wait to participate! I got this idea from http://bevinsfamily.blogspot.com/ (sorry still new to this blogging thing) Kim is a remarkable lady with beautiful children and will be adding another child to her family very soon! She has a remarkable story that shows how strong of a women she is. I can relate to somethings that have happened in her life and hope to someday share my story with her too. Anyways, here is the rules:

Here are the official rules: I will send a hand made gift to the first three people who leave a comment on this post requesting to join the PIF exchange. All the gifts will be made and sent out (sometime within the next year). How exciting to not know when your surprise package will arrive! What you need to do in return is pay it forward by making the same promise on your blog. This exchange is only open to those with active websites or blogs. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PROMISE TO POST THIS SAME 'PAY IT FORWARD' MESSAGE ONTO YOUR BLOG, WHICH MUST BE ACTIVE IN ORDER TO PLAY. YOU WILL PAY IT FORWARD TO THREE PEOPLE WHO COMMENT ON YOUR BLOG.Recap:1. The first three people who comment commit to the PIF thing. The gifts are supposed to be hand made. I know a lot of you are probably thinking that you can't get in on it because your aren't "crafty" enough. Hopefully the Pay It Forward Giveaway creator won't be mad at me but I'm thinking we can bend the official rules a tiny bit. If you really want in on it but don't feel like you can come up with a handmade gift on your own then you should just support someone you know that has a handmade crafty kind of business. Buy a gift from them...just don't head out to Target for your gifts...got it?

Memphis Tigers

I have to say I am so proud of the Tigers I love the Memphis Tigers basketball. Noahs friend Hannah came to play and spend the night sat and this is how we spent the day (tigers style) I am so sorry I have not gotten to the things people have tagged me in I promise to soon! I have been busy making party hats and things for Emmas first birthday!

Coupons

I have never been a coupon person. I might occasionally use one here or there but never on groceries. Since I've been introduced to the blogland I saw these fellow bloggers recieving amazing deals. Here are the links I used to print my coupons for my FREE Items and 5 cent toilet paper. Cottonelle coupons ( you can print this 1-2 times per a computer it is for .50 cents off a roll go somewhere like kroger where they double coupons and you recieve it for free or almost free) Print Your Coupon ( johnson and johson it is for 3$/3 if you buy the johnson and buddies soap they are .97 cents each so you make .9 cents) I also had a $1/1 from last sundays paper. Coupons Online Coupons (this is where I recieved a 3$/2 johnson red cross products, I purchased 2 travel first aid kits for .97 cents each and had $1.06 leftover) Remember when using coupons you can not recieve money back so you must purchase something for the overage such a gum.... I can not find the coupon anymore for the johnson and johnson first aid kit maybe you will have more luck than me! Later on I will post more items I recieved for free or very cheap!!!

My first post!!!

Ok so I have had this blog for awhile now and not made a post. 1 reason being im not happy about my background and header and hopefully it will be as fabulous and yalls soon! I have really enjoyed reading on others blogs and through that guess what I learned to do! I love shopping (who doesn't huh) I went to the store and spent a couple of dollars (literally a couple) and came home with lots!!!!!!!! who doesn't like that!

Here is a picture of my 1st shopping trip to walmart:(except the toilet paper came from kroger) I do not really understand the whole concept ( I know you are thinking who needs 6 bas of johnson and buddies soap) but who doesn't when you get these items for FREE!!! Yes i said FREE!!!. I bought the 6 bars of soap and 2 first aid kids at walmart and after my coupons i actually recieved $1.24 towards my groceries I was buying!! I got the 4 pack of cottonelle toilet paper for 5 cents at kroger (remember they double coupons up to .60 cents or a dollar Ive heard both) Who doesnt love that and don't worry in one of my next posts I will share the "secret" on how you can get these items for free too. It is no longer a secret now that I know it!!
